Chambai is an agile recruitment platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate manual hiring steps and connect candidates and companies efficiently. The idea took second place at the 2023 "Innovadores a Escala" Bootcamp, organized by GeneraKnow and Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA).

The idea
Agile recruitment powered by artificial intelligence
The problem
Hiring in the region still runs on manual screening: spreadsheets, scattered CVs and long feedback loops that cost both companies and candidates weeks.
The proposal
Chambai automates the repetitive part of recruitment with AI — parsing, matching and ranking — so recruiters spend their time on the shortlist instead of the pile.
The bootcamp
Weeks of work with students from several universities: problem validation, business model and a final pitch in front of a jury of companies and institutions.
